MORE ABOUT JON
Jon is 26 years old and has played sports and been an athlete his entire life. Growing up, he played baseball, basketball, and football, and was always there to help his teammates and encourage them to win. He became interested in physical fitness around the age of eleven. He looks to his dad as his role model—he always worked out and valued fitness, and that inspired Jon to do the same.
After high school, Jon attended Tennessee Tech University, where he studied Exercise Science, Physical Education, and Wellness. He became interested in Cross-Training in 2011 and earned his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer’s Certification in 2013. He also has a strong background in Olympic weightlifting and proper nutrition, getting his Sports Performance Coach Certification from USA Weightlifting in 2015.
