CROSS-TRAINING THAT WORKS

Our CrossFit Level 1-certified trainers will provide you Cross-Training programs of fun and challenging moderate-to-high intensity workouts involving Olympic-style weightlifting, body-weight resistance, and metabolic conditioning. We change your routines daily to steadily improve your performance and fitness levels.

Cross-Training is available from Monday thru Friday from 7:30 to 11:30 am and from 4:00 to 6:30 pm. We are also open on Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:30 am.
